Red Cross dagger, blade has no maker but is marked "Ges.
Geschutzt," blade shows lots of crossgraining, has never
been polished, but has numerous dark spots. The nickle plated
pot metal fittings show minor to moderate bubbling and corrosion.
The grip frame has a crack on each side 1/4 inch from the pommel.
The reverse smooth bakelite grip has a small chip where it meets
the pommel. The obverse checkered bakelite grip is in excellent
condition. The grip screws have never been removed but show some
minor rust. The scabbard paint is 95%. The 1940 Carl Busse leather
frog is supple and in very good condition.
